What is Chained Beasts?
CHAINED BEASTS is a brutal 1-4 player co-op gladiator roguelike from Featherweight Games, the Australian studio behind the game's two-year development journey. You play as gladiators literally chained together, battling through chaotic arena combat where coordination is everything - fail to sync up and you will end up tangled around a pillar, or worse.
Every run is a fight for freedom: use chain physics and the environment itself to trip and toss your foes, hurl urns and enemies alike, charge foes into walls of spikes and pits of snakes, and throw weapons when range demands it. Win over the bloodthirsty crowd and they will reward you - but every day in the arena leaves new injuries and afflictions that change how you play, from painful limps to missing eyes to hallucinations only you can see.
CHAINED BEASTS launched on October 15, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch, available day one with Xbox Game Pass for Xbox and Windows PC. Battle through three arena chapters - Carthage, the frozen wastes of Germania, and the heart of the Roman Empire in Rome.
